Choose a base rate (Up to 200 miles/day) or upgrade to an unlimited mile option. A 3 day minimum is required on all van rentals. Get a 5% discount on a week rental and 10% discount on a monthly rental.

  • $30 Additional Driver Fee (One-time)
  • $39/day Renter’s Collision Insurance

Yes, we also offer car and truck rentals in addition to our van rental services. Click here to search our truck inventory or call (801) 201-0487 to check availability.

  • The Renter/Driver must be 25 years or older to operate our vehicles.
  • The Renter must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
  • The van is to be returned clean and in good condition. 
  • A cleaning fee may be issued depending on the cleanliness of the van.
  • No smoking allowed, a charge will be issued if smoking has occurred.
  • Elevate Vans is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • The gas must be filled to the point that it was upon being rented.
  • All drivers must sign our agreement before traveling. (This can be done online, or in the office at pick-up).
  • Cancel up to 48 hours before your trip with no charge.
